Our first project in Meursault and certainly the grandest individual residence we have renovated.
Connoisseurs of Burgundys’ fine wines, Kay and Anthony wanted to create and restore a bourgeois vigneron house which fit seamlessly into the understated landscape of Meursault but with all the interior grandeur and style of a traditional French chateau. Sourcing the artisans and materials to realize such a brief tested our knowledge and skills. It is rare in today’s world of low-budget building to have the opportunity to employ such high quality and authentic building methods and our clients worked with us throughout the project to achieve a stunning result of which we are all very proud.
Kay and Anthony have filled the house with beautiful antique furniture and chandeliers. The terraces, balcony and grand entertaining space now provide a fitting venue to host their many generous, Burgundian house parties.
